Our History

Avalon Music began in 1993 as a chamber music booking agency. We expanded our musical offerings at the request of happy clients and enthusiastic musicians. Because we are hardworking advocate for both parties, Avalon Music quickly drew a loyal following of clients who loved our service, and musicians who loved working with us.

We have added all types of music, from a single vocalist to a full orchestra. And, responding to frequent requests, Avalon Music also books professional DJs as well.

Avalon Music was awarded the Shining Star Award by the Wish Upon  a Wedding Houston Foundation on 11/11/2010. This was the first presentation of the award. What follows describes the award:

"The Shining Star Award recognizes and honors the most inspirational, motivational and giving wedding & hospitality industry professionals in the Houston areas. This is our way to thank and pay tribute to those professionals who, by their demonstrated commitment and example, inspire others to engage in volunteer service....
